What is Water Footprint? Water Footprint refers to the volume of water used to produce various products and services. Why Water Footprint Is Important? Measuring water footprint and taking all the necessary steps to keep that level as low as possible is extremely important for mankind. This balance is urgently required because freshwater is vital to our daily life while the supply of freshwater is limited. As the world population expands, so does the need for fresh water.   WORLD WATER DAY Water is an integral part of Earth's structure and life processes depend on it. As we all know its importance,  World Water Day is   held on 22 March every year since 1993, focuses on the importance of freshwater.  It also reminds us how valuable it is for our lives.   We prepared an acristic poem in advance as a collaborative work. W e held webinar for World Water Day on 22 March 2021 with our students.   Presentation about the day, quizzes and  puzzles were prepared by ITHS students.
